These aftercare instructions can help you make the most of your Reiki session and support your healing journey.

  • Hydrate

Drink plenty of water after your Reiki session to help flush out toxins and promote energetic balance.

  • Eat Lightly

Opt for light, nourishing foods after your session. This can help support the healing process and maintain energetic balance.

  • Grounding

Practice grounding techniques such as walking barefoot on grass, meditating, or visualizing roots extending from your body into the earth. This can help you stay connected and balanced.

  • Avoid Alcohol and Caffeine

It's best to avoid alcohol and caffeine for at least 24 hours after your session as they can interfere with the energy balance achieved during the treatment.
