Accelerate and support healing following surgery, illness, or injury
Manage chronic pain and illness
Naturally reduce side effects and boost the positive effects of traditional medicine
Support natural immunity
Improve sleep
Enhance clarity and self-awareness
Improve overall well-being and help maintain health
And there’s much more!
How can Reiki benefit you?
If any of the following describe you, Reiki may be a beneficial* addition to your self-care plan:
People who are dealing with stress and overwhelm
Individuals experiencing physical discomfort or chronic pain
Anyone going through emotional or mental strain
Those pursuing personal growth and self-awareness
People managing health challenges
New to energy work or wellness practices
*It's important to note that individual experiences with Reiki can vary, and not everyone may experience the same benefits. Additionally, Reiki should not be used as a substitute for professional medical treatment, but rather as a complementary therapy to support overall health and wellness.
About Me
For a long time I was very good at the wrong thing.
Twenty years in banking will do that. The last several in compliance, which is essentially a masterclass in distrust. You learn to question everything, document everything, and under no circumstances let anything through that you cannot fully account for. You get very good at it. And then one day you realize that you have applied every single one of those skills to yourself.
I found reiki the way most skeptics do. Reluctantly, and only after everything reasonable had stopped working.
What I didn't expect was how rigorous it actually is. My lineage traces directly back to Mikao Usui through eight unbroken generations of practitioners. More than a century of transmission, refinement, and preservation. For someone who spent two decades in compliance, that kind of documented continuity matters. It was, honestly, the first thing that made me take it seriously.
I'm Yanet, founder of Yan Prana, based in Queen Creek, Arizona. I work with a small number of clients because I refuse to do this halfway. People who are thoughtful, self-aware, and have already done considerable work on themselves. People who are not looking for magic. They're looking for the thing that finally moves what nothing else has touched.
I also work with animals. Every kind. They are the most honest clients I have because they cannot perform wellness they don't feel. When something shifts in them it is completely unambiguous. I find that clarifying in a way I didn't anticipate.
Every session is remote. I have worked with clients across the country and around the world. The distance has never mattered.
I won't tell you to keep an open mind. I'll just tell you that mine was closed once too.
