Hello! I'm Yanet, an 8th-generation Usui Reiki III Master Teacher and the founder of Yan Prana. I'm excited to share a bit about my journey with you and look forward to connecting!

Born and raised in Los Angeles, I was fortunate to be surrounded by a rich tapestry of cultures and diverse experiences. This environment nurtured my curiosity and fostered an open-minded perspective on life. In 2016, a new career opportunity led me to Arizona, where I now reside in the beautiful East Valley with my husband and two golden doodles, Harley and Pepper.

From an early age, I realized that I experienced the world differently. I was sensitive to energies and emotions that often went unnoticed by others, which sometimes made me feel like an outsider. This heightened sensitivity was both a gift and a challenge, as it occasionally left me feeling misunderstood. As I grew older, I attempted to suppress my intuitive side, believing it was not "normal."

In 2004, I embarked on a successful career in banking that lasted 18 years. Despite achieving professional success, I always felt a longing to help others in a more meaningful way. This desire seemed elusive in the finance sector, and I struggled to find my true calling.

The turning point came in 2020, a year marked by the global pandemic and significant personal losses. As I navigated through profound grief, I sought solace in energy healing. This transformative experience led me to reconnect with my long-dormant intuitive gifts and discover a renewed sense of purpose. Under the guidance of Kristin Busha, a 7th-generation Reiki Master, I embarked on a journey of deep personal and professional growth, ultimately completing my Master Teacher training in April 2024.

My goal is to assist you in connecting with your inner power, achieving balance, promoting healing, and fostering self-discovery.
